On this episode I share with you what you can do to interrupt and gain control when fear becomes a full on panic attack (this just happened to me while hiking a very high peak  the week before recording this episode!)

F.E.A.R., can mean 2 things as an acronym, each letter representing a word:

#1Fear everything and run 

or 

#2 face everything and rise. 

Fear comes from a thought we are having which causes our feelings and emotions. But even if we are able to identify the thought that is causing our fear, the cascade of dysregulation in our bodies through our autonomic nervous system’s stress reaction set off by that fear makes it very difficult to rationally evaluate that thought right away.
