totally scattered …
when your mind is totally FULL…
WAY too much bandwidth happening at once..
way too many tabs open at once…
and a reset is in order…
or you will be unproductive frustrated and exhausted trying….
and then mad at yourself with negative self-talk….

Weave in mindfulness throughout your day
So now it is your turn! This is what I want you to do— just like on the last episode, add these new 3 tools to those 3 from the last episode…write down these tools somewhere…somewhere you can see them…and when you get out of focus which I know happens A LOT! Try one at a time…try them all…notice what is working for you and keep doing it!
